Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Sri Astro account from the app or ask our support team to process the request.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Sri Astro and sign in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and select Delete permanently.
This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from an address you can access and include your registered phone number and user ID, if available. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account.

What we delete
Deleting your account removes the account and associated records from Sri Astro's active application database, including your profile and birth details, calculated charts, conversations, plans, check-ins, sessions, and app usage records linked to the account.
Subscriptions and records we may retain
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your Sri Astro account does not automatically cancel a payment mandate held by Razorpay or another payment provider. If you cannot cancel it in the app, include this in your email request so we can help.
Payment providers, analytics providers, and other service providers may retain records under their own policies. We may also retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records where required by law. These records are not used to recreate your deleted Sri Astro account.
