About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Sri Astro Android app and sriastro.asia, operated by StarLight Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information that belongs to you. You are responsible for access to your phone number and account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

What Sri Astro provides

Sri Astro calculates Vedic astrology charts from the birth details you provide and offers AI-generated conversations, interpretations, and Upaye. The guide profiles are AI personalities; they are not human astrologers available for live consultation. If your birth time is unknown or approximate, some chart features and interpretations may be unavailable or less precise.

Subscriptions and payment

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. The current introductory offer, when displayed and available to your account, charges ₹1 today. The base plan then renews automatically at ₹199 per month. A quarterly promotional link may instead offer automatic renewal at ₹699 every three months. The introductory offer is available once per eligible account. The exact amount, billing schedule, provider, and mandate terms are shown at checkout before you authorize payment. If the app offers a different plan later, its checkout terms will govern that purchase.

A successful payment authorization does not guarantee access until it is verified. We may temporarily allow access while an authorized payment is being confirmed. If a payment or renewal fails, access can stop when the current paid period ends or the introductory period expires. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown in the payment flow.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from the app’s Subscription & Billing settings, or contact sriastroasia@gmail.com if you need help. If you cancel during the ₹1 introductory period, access ends immediately and you may request a refund of the ₹1 introductory charge by email before the first recurring charge is collected. This refund is not automatic. If you cancel after a recurring payment, future renewals stop and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Recurring subscription charges are ordinarily non-refundable after the paid period has started and access has been made available. We will still review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, a service that was not provided as described, or any refund required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Deleting your account does not itself cancel an existing payment mandate, so cancel the subscription before deleting your account or contact us for assistance.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the questions and other content you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process that content to provide and secure Sri Astro as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights, attempt to misuse or overload the service, or use AI output to harm others or make decisions that require professional advice without appropriate review.

Availability and changes

AI, network, payment, and astrology features may sometimes be unavailable or delayed. We may correct errors, update features, or change the service. We will show any material subscription price or billing changes through the appropriate payment flow before they apply. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or security reasons.

Liability

We provide Sri Astro with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular personal outcome from its guidance. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, StarLight Solutions is not responsible for decisions you make solely in reliance on AI-generated guidance.
